Abstract
|
|
|
Objective : This study seeks to explore the need for and improvement of the project for caregivers based on the experiences of workers in social care projects for caregivers.
Methods : In this study, a focus group interview was conducted with a total of 10 research participants, and the interview contents were recorded and transcribed and analyzed by thematic analysis method.
Results : As a result of the focus group interview, 23 themes, 6 theme clusters, and 3 categories were derived. The
categories were changes through social care programs, difficulties in program execution, and the way forward.
Conclusion : Through this study, it was possible to confirm the essence and necessity of social care for caregivers. It is expected that these results can be used as basic data to implement a program for caring families caring for the elderly.
